Sweet Italian Sausage Links

Have you ever heard about the expression, "See how the sausage get's made?" Well, let me be the first to tell you, you don't have to worry about that here! Finally, a pork product you can trust. All our pigs are fed Non-GMO feed, and have plenty of access to clean space and fresh water. Born, raised, and butchered, all in the Finger Lakes region, with this pork, you're supporting sound animal husbandry practices, local farmers and butcher shops, and your own health.

These links come in packs of 4. (Each person in my family usually eats 2 links for a dinner meal.)

*Easy Cooking Tip*

1. Place thawed links evenly in a 9x13 dish.
2. Place in the oven, and begin the pre-heat to 375. Once the oven has reached temperature, start a timer for 30 minutes. These helps ensure the links are cooked all the way though.
3. Then, brown in a skillet on the stove top on medium heat, rotating occasionally for a good even browning. Place on a paper towel and enjoy!
