This milk is certified Organic, 100% Grass-fed, A2-A2 milk from Jersey cows from Crystal Valley Creamery in Dundee, NY.

ALL MILK distributed by Finger Lakes Farm Fresh is lightly pasteurized. Crystal Valley Creamery does have a license for the sale of raw milk, but you must pick up raw milk yourself, directly from the farm.
